BabyLimo  is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. If you are not completely satisfied with any Item purchased from the BabyLimo On-Line Store, it can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, with no damages.

You are entitled to cancel your order or contract with us provided that you do so within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order then you can do so by emailing orders@babylimo.co.uk, calling +44 0787 325 18 63. If you wish to write an email you may do so by using our model cancellation form, set out in contact tab. This shall not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty products. Simply attach adapters to the car seat, and push it on th frame, as per Babylimo manual. The manual can also be found online in here.

The baby carriage should be dried with a delicate cloth after being used in a rainy weather. Clean the wheels and metal parts regularly using only mild detergents and lukewarm water. Periodically lubricate the moving parts of the carriage, especially the axles of the swivel wheels, in order to ensure smooth functioning of the carriage. The upholstering and the shopping basket should not be machine washed. Do not expose the carriage to long-term influence of sun rays. As a safety precaution, use only original parts.

This product is appropriate for a child that cannot sit on their own, roll over, move on their hands and knees. Maximum weight of the child: 9kg.

No, the carrycot comes equipped with a mattress, no extra mattress should be added.

The frame, when combined with the car seat (only with use of adapters) is for a child from birth to 11kg (as per the car seat instruction of use). Either option only allows to carry one child at a time.
