- Shock absorption for each wheel
Each wheel is fitted with full shock absorption, making it easy to drive on any terrain, including forest walks, off-road on road, and uneven surfaces.
- Shock absorption for the frame
To secure an unparalleled smoother ride for your baby, we have fitted a fifth shock absorber in the midsection of the main frame. This feature can be locked and unlocked as required but in addition to the added suspension this brings when driving, it is particularly effective if your baby enjoys being rocked to sleep. We recommend this feature is turned on for babies up to six months old. As your baby grows and becomes more stable in the pushchair you may choose to turn the suspension off.
- Rotational and Lockable front wheels
Both front wheels can be set in either rotation or locked position. In 360-degree rotation mode, the handling of the carriage off-road is second to none with our four wheels providing significantly more grip and stability than other three-wheeler buggy alternatives. When locked, the handling of the carriage enables even grip on pavements, roads, and walkways.
- Tall frame
Extensive research conducted in the UK showed us that all of our competitors’ products have significantly lower frames and shorter chassis than Babylimo. We realised that most prams available in the UK are made in China, by Chinese manufacturers who are also catering to smaller consumers in their home market.
People in Europe, UK, and the US – are, generally, taller. And therefore, consistently bending very low with a newborn into a low pram is a significant strain on the spine.
The Babylimo frame is a bespoke design for European babies and parents. We have designed a frame system that is adjustable and that any shape or size European will enjoy, from dear old 150cm Grandma to 170cm Mum, through to 195cm Dad – as well as those little people in the family already!

- Wind and waterproof eco-leather covers
We have sourced the best materials available to create both a smart look and a weather-proof cocoon for your baby. Our carriage covers are fully windproof and waterproof. At the same time, we have included multi-position mesh netting embedded under the eco-leather to create a ‘breathable’ environment for your baby.
- Breathable carrycot
We think about babies, a lot!
We want them to be safe and comfortable in their Babylimo world and so we need to consider the ventilation system very carefully. Accordingly, we have installed ventilation grills in the base of the carriage that can be adjusted depending on the desired temperature in your baby’s cocoon. The grills are particularly effective in hot weather.
In addition, the back-rest is adjustable in height – ranging from flat sleeping position to an elevation of 30 degrees. Think of this feature as the adjustable mechanism on a sun lounger!

The Babylimo frame is made out of aluminum, which means the frame is lightweight but also sturdy. We don’t build from plastic, our prams need to be stable and durable.
